1. General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the nogad9 platform and its members. By using the nogad9 website or app, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the decision of nogad9 shall be final. nogad9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Password & Security

• Keeping your password strictly confidential is solely your responsibility as a member.
• You are fully responsible for any activity carried out on your account by another person.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• We recommend changing your password regularly.

3.3 KYC Verification

Under nogad9's Terms & Conditions, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before processing large withdrawals. This requires submitting a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

10.2 Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time. If there are open bets at the time of the request, the account will be closed once those bets are settled. Any remaining balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances are non-refundable.
